[ET Net News Agency, 27 June 2025] Full-day turnover of Hong Kong stocks was HK$275.11
billion, with short-sales accounting for HK$32.35 billion, or 11.76% of the market's
turnover. There were 699 short-selling stocks. XIAOMI-W (01810) and TRACKER FUND (02800)
saw higher value of short sales, accounting for HK$3.22 billion and HK$2.88 billion, or
9.95% and 8.91% of the total short sales value respectively. The transactions represented
11.22% and 20.22% of respective stock's turnover.
BABA-W (09988) and CSOP HS TECH (03033) registered HK$1.14 billion and HK$938.21 million
of short sales, accounting for 3.53% and 2.9% of the total short sales values
respectively. The transactions represented 13.41% and 22.53% of respective stock's
turnover.
XIAOMI-W closed up HK$2.05, or 3.6%, to HK$58.95. TRACKER FUND ended down HK$0.06, or
0.24%, to HK$24.7. BABA-W fell HK$0.1, or 0.09% to HK$112.1. CSOP HS TECH declined by
HK$0.01, or 0.19%, to HK$5.245.
