HSI extends its drop to 800+ pts and is now at 20,288

[ET Net News Agency, 15 October 2024] The Hang Seng Index extended its fell to more than
800 points, or 805 points to 20,287. The Hang Seng Index now fell 805 points, or 3.8% to
20,287; with market turnover of 182.32b; the Hang Seng China Enterprises Index now fell
305 points, or 4% to 7,274; the Hang Seng TECH Index now fell 209 points, or 4.5% to
4,459.
MEITUAN-W (03690) now fell HK$13.1, or 7.1% to HK$170.5, with turnover of HK$8.75b;
BABA-W (09988) fell HK$5.75, or 5.5% to HK$99.45, with turnover of HK$7.49b; TENCENT
(00700) fell HK$19.2, or 4.4% to HK$416.8, with turnover of HK$8.96b. (ed)
