HSI extends its drop to 500+ pts and is now at 20,426

[ET Net News Agency, 9 October 2024] The Hang Seng Index extended its fell to more than
500 points, or 501 points to 20,425. The Hang Seng Index now fell 501 points, or 2.4% to
20,425; with market turnover of 182.83b; the Hang Seng China Enterprises Index now fell
200 points, or 2.7% to 7,283; the Hang Seng TECH Index now fell 110 points, or 2.4% to
4,585.
BABA-W (09988) now fell HK$3.1, or 3% to HK$101.4, with turnover of HK$7.13b; HKEX
(00388) fell HK$20.6, or 6% to HK$320.2, with turnover of HK$6.21b; PING AN (02318) fell
HK$2.8, or 5.6% to HK$47.45, with turnover of HK$4.26b. (ed)
