HSI extends its drop to 500+ pts and is now at 21,943

[ET Net News Agency, 3 October 2024] The Hang Seng Index extended its fell to more than
500 points, or 500 points to 21,942. The Hang Seng Index now fell 500 points, or 2.2% to
21,942; with market turnover of 45.32b; the Hang Seng China Enterprises Index now fell 225
points, or 2.8% to 7,815; the Hang Seng TECH Index now fell 208 points, or 4% to 4,948.
BABA-W (09988) now fell HK$5.7, or 5% to HK$109.4, with turnover of HK$2.91b; JD-SW
(09618) fell HK$15.7, or 8.5% to HK$169.4, with turnover of HK$1.21b; MEITUAN-W (03690)
fell HK$3.9, or 2% to HK$193.3, with turnover of HK$2.09b. (ed)
