HSI extends its rise to 500+ pts and is now at 21,142

[ET Net News Agency, 10 October 2024] The Hang Seng Index extended its rise to more than
500 points, or 505 points to 21,142. The Hang Seng Index now rose 505 points, or 2.4% to
21,142; with market turnover of 3.8b; the Hang Seng China Enterprises Index now rose 197
points, or 2.7% to 7,563; the Hang Seng TECH Index now rose 161 points, or 3.5% to 4,802.
MEITUAN-W (03690) now rose HK$9.2, or 5% to HK$193.6, with turnover of HK$367.63m;
BABA-W (09988) rose HK$2.6, or 2.5% to HK$105.5, with turnover of HK$219.3m; AIA (01299)
rose HK$2.1, or 3.2% to HK$67.2, with turnover of HK$144.88m. (ed)
