HSI extends its drop to 1,000+ pts and is now at 21,444

[ET Net News Agency, 3 October 2024] The Hang Seng Index extended its fell to more than
1,000 points, or 1,000 points to 21,443. The Hang Seng Index now fell 1,000 points, or
4.5% to 21,443; with market turnover of 156.4b; the Hang Seng China Enterprises Index now
fell 394 points, or 4.9% to 7,646; the Hang Seng TECH Index now fell 381 points, or 7.4%
to 4,775.
BABA-W (09988) now fell HK$8.4, or 7.3% to HK$106.7, with turnover of HK$9.1b; MEITUAN-W
(03690) fell HK$6.7, or 3.4% to HK$190.5, with turnover of HK$6.6b; TENCENT (00700) fell
HK$16.6, or 3.5% to HK$453.4, with turnover of HK$6.81b. (ed)
