price of HK$30.6. Based on 100 shares per lot, excluding handling fees, the book value
gain per lot is HK$115. It is currently at HK$32 on Bright Smart's grey market, 4.6%
higher than the grey market's IPO price. The book value gain per lot is HK$140.
